Terms & Service

This is a legally binding agreement between you and SNS Square Private Limited (“SNS Square”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing our APIs, or utilizing the SNS AgentWorkbench dashboard (collectively, the “Platform”), you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and individuals or entities who access or use the Platform. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to access the Platform. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that (a) you have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms; (b) you are not located in a country that is subject to a trade embargo, or that has been designated by the Indian government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (c) you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

SNS AgentWorkbench provides a suite of automation and orchestration tools designed to facilitate the creation of AI agents and automated workflows. The Platform acts as a bridge between various third-party APIs, software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications, and large language models (LLMs).

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Platform features at any time to ensure optimal performance and security.

To access full Platform functionality, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

• You must notify SNS Square immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• SNS Square will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.
• Usernames and Workspace names that are offensive, vulgar, or violate intellectual property rights may be renamed or deleted at our discretion.

Usage of our payment processing partner, Razorpay, is subject to their terms of service. SNS Square does not store sensitive billing details like full credit card numbers on our servers.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:

Violation of this policy results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining credits.

Our Platform allows you to connect with external services such as Google Drive, Slack, GitHub, and OpenAI. Use of these integrations requires you to maintain valid accounts and credentials with those third parties.

SNS Square is not responsible for the availability, compliance, or security practices of these external services. If a third-party provider disables an integration or changes their API terms, SNS Square may be required to suspend or modify related features on our Platform without prior notice.

You retain all ownership rights in the workflows, files, and data you upload or create (“User Content”). However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process this content strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Responsible Data Submission: You must ensure that you have all necessary rights to process the data you submit to the Platform. We do not voluntarily scan user workflows, but we reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable laws.

We take data protection seriously. Our infrastructure implements industry-grade security protocols, including advanced encryption for sensitive credentials and secure transport layer protection for data in transit.

While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You share data with us and connect external services at your own risk.

SNS Square aims for high platform availability, but we do not provide a guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, or due to outages from upstream infrastructure providers (like AWS or third-party AI labs).

The SNS AgentWorkbench software, source code, logos, visual design, and proprietary documentation are the exclusive property of SNS Square Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without express written permission.

Usage of our branding or trademarks for promotional purposes requires a separate written licensing agreement.

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNS SQUARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF MALWARE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SNS SQUARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SNS Square from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, and costs (including lawyer fees) arising from: (i) your use and access to the Platform; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

You may stop using our Platform and delete your account at any time. SNS Square reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment of usage fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
